10 cm MMCX to RP-SMA female adapter
This MMCX to RP-SMA adapter is a 10 cm cable with a straight MMCX plug on one end and an RP-SMA female on the other. Use it to connect an antenna with an RP-SMA plug to a video transmitter, receiver or goggles with an MMCX port, and to bring the antenna outside the frame.
With the antenna fixed to the frame by the RP-SMA connector, crashes do not pull directly on the small MMCX connector on the board, which is the part that suffers most.
It is a small but handy spare to keep in your bag: if the original pigtail breaks in a crash, you swap the MMCX RP-SMA adapter in a minute and keep flying with the same antenna.

SMA or RP-SMA: what to check before buying
SMA and RP-SMA share the same thread but the centre pin is reversed, so they do not work together. This cable is RP-SMA female: your antenna must be RP-SMA male. If your antenna is SMA, choose the MMCX to SMA adapter.
