This page explains which personal data we process on dronefpvshop.com, why, for how long and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data we process and why
- Orders: name, address, email, phone and order details, to ship your order, take payment, issue the invoice and help you after the purchase. Legal basis: performance of the purchase contract and our legal obligations.
- Customer account: if you create an account, your login details and saved addresses, so you can check your orders. Legal basis: your consent and the contract.
- Enquiries: whatever you send us by email, WhatsApp, the chat or the contact form, so we can reply. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in helping you.
- Newsletter and offers: your email, if you subscribe or are already a customer, to send you news and offers on products similar to those you bought. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Legal basis: your consent or, if you are a customer, our legitimate interest under article 21 of the LSSI-CE.
- Reviews: after a purchase we may ask you by email for your opinion on the product. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.
- Statistics and advertising: with your permission in the cookie banner, browsing data to measure visits and show ads. Details are in the Cookie policy. Legal basis: your consent.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data. We only share it with the providers we need to operate, who process it on our behalf:
- Web hosting: Hostinger.
- Shipping: Correos.
- Payments: Stripe (through WooPayments), PayPal and your bank, depending on the method you choose.
- Email and newsletter: Brevo and Mailchimp.
- Website chat: tawk.to.
- Statistics and advertising, only with your consent: Google (Google Analytics), Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Metricool.
- Public authorities, such as the tax agency, when required by law.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. In that case they do so with the safeguards required by EU law, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep your data
Order data, for as long as the business relationship lasts and then for the periods required by law, such as 6 years for accounting records. Newsletter data, until you unsubscribe. Enquiry data, for as long as needed to help you. Account data, until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, object to its processing or ask us to restrict it, request its portability and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@dronefpvshop.com stating which right you want to exercise.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or to the data protection authority in your country.
Minors
The shop is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
