We ship from La Palma (Canary Islands) with Correos, the Spanish postal service. Estimated delivery is 2 to 6 working days within Spain and 4 to 11 working days to the rest of the European Union.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it. Write to us before sending it back and we will tell you how.
At checkout you can enter a billing address and a different shipping address.
If you make a mistake or forget, write to us as soon as possible: if the order has not been shipped yet, we will correct it.
Send us your order number by WhatsApp or email and we will tell you where it is.

We ship to all of Spain, including the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and to 22 European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.
We ship from the Canary Islands, outside the EU VAT area. When the parcel arrives, your country may charge you import VAT and a handling fee.
