Description
Caddx Peanut action camera for FPV drones
The Caddx Peanut is a small, light action camera designed to ride on top of an FPV drone. It records 1440p at 50 fps, also in low light, and a full battery gives about 30 minutes of recording, several flights in a row.
Because it weighs much less than a full-size action camera, the Caddx Peanut puts less strain on the drone: it flies more nimbly and uses less battery. It is a good choice for filming freestyle on a 3 to 5-inch or for cinewhoops that cannot carry a large camera.
Caddx Peanut specifications
- Video: 1440p at 50 fps
- Battery life: about 30 minutes of recording
- Designed for: FPV drones and low-light flying
- Brand: Caddx
How to mount it on the drone
The Caddx Peanut sits in its mounting case, which fixes on top of the frame with a mount or a printed part. Tilt it up a little depending on how fast you fly and secure the whole thing so vibration does not show in the footage.
